Returns & Exchanges
At Espresso, we pride ourselves on the quality of our premium beans and brewing equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer support team with your order number.
- 2.Package Your Items
Ensure all coffee equipment is in its original packaging and that coffee beans remain sealed for food safety compliance.
- 3.Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
